“Aspire! Employee Suggestion Scheme was launched in October 2008. Since then, we’ve received valuable suggestions and ideas from our staff. As part of our continual efforts to further encourage our CCPEs to bring forward their suggestions, we have lined up some exciting give-aways.
Every 1st suggestion will be entitled to 2 movie tickets (while stocks last). To top it all, monthly shopping vouchers valued from $40 to $500 will be given away to awardees whose suggestions are practical based on the Evaluation Criteria.

Evaluation Criteria
- Identify problem or areas where can be improved
- Propose a reasonable method to implement
- Improve work processes and eliminate duplication, wasted effort.
- Increase service delivery
- Increase revenue
- Save time, material, equipment or natural resources.
- Reduce the cost for the organization
- Decrease risk or danger and improve safety in a work activity or procedure.
