Recruitment and Deployment of CCPEs to Schools

AES uses interviews and a selection workshop to select CCPEs. Personality profiling of candidates is done using Hermann Brainn, DISC and Grapho-analysis. Deployment to schools takes into account the needs of the schools and the home to work distance.

Training of CCPEs

Training is provided to CCPEs before they are deployed to schools to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to provide excellent support to schools. This professional development training is provided twice a year.

Management of CCPEs

AES administers to the needs of the CCPEs i.e. salary, leave, medical and welfare. AES also monitors performance levels of CCPEs to ensure they meet the expectations of the schools.

Customer Relationship Management

AES engages customers regularly to monitor their needs and expectations and works towards fulfilling them.
