Customer Service Officers (Full Time/Part Time)

Job Description:

  • Process calls and forward the complaint, feedback or request to the relevant party.
  • Welcome, manage and direct visitors to the correct staff/location.
  • In-Charge of the Service Counter
  • Issue security passes to visitors.
  • Collate visitor information and forward to security.
  • Re-issue security passes to occupiers who have lost their passes.
  • Other duties as may be assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Min Secondary School
  • Proficiency in spoken English
  • Singaporean and PR.

Job Location:

  • Near Jurong East MRT
  • Near Marina South Pier MRT

Remuneration and Benefits:

  • Up to $1800 (full time)
