1. iXcellence Awards (formerly known as Exemplary Awards)
- (Criteria: Possess leadership quality, Excellent Performance Awards (Star) recipient, recommendation by RO and immediate manager, contributed to SPE community and first time winner. Possess qualities of iXcellence (Mind, Body & Soul).
2. Excellent Performance (Star) Awards
- (Criteria: consecutive 3 years (2014-2016) attainment of top performance (recipient of minimum achievements of Excellent Performance Award (2015) plus High Achiever Awards in 2014 plus in top 20% ranking in 2016)
3. Excellent Performance Award
- (Criteria: top 20% ranking in 2016)
4. Outstanding Performance (Star) Awards
- (Criteria: consecutive 3 years (2014-2016) attainment of top performance (recipient of min achievements of Outstanding Performance Award in 2015 plus High Achiever Awards in 2014 plus in top 40% ranking in 2016)
5. Outstanding Performance Awards
- (Criteria: top 40% ranking in 2016)
6. Certificate of Achievements
- (Criteria: top 50% in ranking)

13. Aspire! Service Awards (presented at Aspire! 10 Year Bash on 20 Aug 2016)
- (Criteria: 3rd 5th 7th and 10th Years of Service. 10th Years Service Awards are first received by Rehana Nabiwullah and Mas Minarni in 2016.)
